Description of Service
NeighborScore aggregates publicly available government data — including FBI crime statistics, NCES school performance metrics, and Zillow real estate data — into composite neighborhood scores for US ZIP codes. The service is provided for informational and research purposes only.
No Professional Advice
Neighborhood scores and all content on the Site are for informational purposes only. Nothing on NeighborScore constitutes real estate, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making real estate or relocation decisions.
Accuracy of Data
We strive to keep data current and accurate, but we make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Data vintages are disclosed on each neighborhood profile. Underlying government data sources may contain errors or delays outside our control.
Intellectual Property
The NeighborScore composite scoring methodology, site design, and written content are our intellectual property. Underlying source data remains the property of the respective government agencies and third parties. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Site content at scale without written permission.
Referral Relationships
NeighborScore may receive referral fees when users connect with real estate professionals through the Site. These relationships do not influence neighborhood scores, which are derived solely from public data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeighborScore and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Site or its data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
