NeighborScore started from a simple frustration: useful location data is scattered across government and research sources, each in its own format and rarely comparable side by side. Sharon founded NeighborScore to organize those sources into transparent ZIP-level research profiles.
Scores are derived from publicly accessible government and research-provider data, with methodology and refresh timestamps disclosed across the site. Contact details are collected only when someone submits the optional agent-matching form.
