NeighborScore started from a simple frustration: the public data that should help people choose where to live is scattered across dozens of government and research sources, each in its own format and rarely comparable side by side. Sharon founded NeighborScore to aggregate those sources into a single, transparent 0–100 score for every US neighborhood.

Every score on the site is derived only from publicly available government and research data, with the methodology and data vintages disclosed on each profile. NeighborScore does not collect or sell personal data.
